- Full-flow design
- This valve is designed for low pressure sump pump applications and can be mounted either vertically or horizontally
- Checks back flow of water and sewer gas
- The flexible couplings isolate motor noise from the piping and the internal flapper design reduces water hammer when the pump shuts off
- The neoprene flapper is weighted with non-corrosive backing plates and stainless steel rivet and bends over a radius instead of a 90° edge for improved flapper life
- The flexible union slips over ABS, PVC, steel pipe or copper pipe and the couplings on the 1-1/4" to 1-1/2" size can be mounted in either configuration on either end for connecting dissimilar size pipe diameters
- No pipe threading is required
