The new Product Purchase History feature makes it easy for you to find all previous orders on which a specific item was bought. In a few clicks, you can find out whether or not an item has been purchased in the past by any member of your organization. The Product Purchase History feature is available on desktop to all trade professional customers who are logged in to their Online & In-Store account. Sign in and browse for products
- In order to view the purchase history of a product, sign in to your trade professional account on your desktop or laptop computer.
- Please note: This feature is unavailable to customers who do not have an account with their local Ferguson.
- Once you are logged in, browse for products.
- You can search for products at the top, or sort for products by category.

- The Purchase History feature will display for product families. Click into a product to view the purchase history by product family.
- If an item has been purchased by your organization within the past 12 months, you will see the most recent order dates when viewing a product’s full details.
