Any such arbitration proceeding shall be brought on an individual basis and shall not be consolidated with any dispute of any other party. To the fullest extent permitted by law, You acknowledge and agree that You are waiving the right to a trial by jury and to the litigation of disputes in state or federal courts of general jurisdiction. SEVERABILITY. No waiver of any provision of these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision.
