Credit Card Fee Information
Beginning April 1, 2025, there will be a processing fee for payments made on your account if you choose to pay by credit card.
The decision to implement this change is a direct result of the rising costs associated with processing credit card transactions in addition to the cost of offering extended payment terms. We will charge a processing fee of 3% of the payment amount (or the maximum surcharge permitted by applicable state law, if lower than 3%), which is no greater than our cost of acceptance.
Important Update to Credit Card Payment Options
Credit card payments on your account balance must be made through our online payment portal through Ferguson.com, where both ACH and credit card payments are accepted.
We will no longer accept card payments on account balances at our local branches.
If you are unable to access the payment portal at Ferguson.com, you can contact us directly at 888-522-4495 or by email at Payments@ferguson.com.
No processing fee will be assessed on COD/Cash transactions. This fee only applies to payments on credit account balances.
To avoid this fee, consider ACH as an alternative payment method.
For security reasons, please do not email credit card information.
