How to Use Quick Tools

Use Quick Tools to quickly access and perform key site functions such as finding orders, placing quick orders, converting quotes to orders, and starting new quotes.

Find an Order - Quickly search and view your online or in-store orders or quotes. Select Advanced Search to go to the Orders page where you can search by Order #, Credit #, Job Name, Ordered By, PO # or FEI PO # and filter by job, status and timeframe.

• Note: Deleted orders, orders over 12 months old, and expired quotes won’t appear.

Quick Order - Enter product codes and quantities—or copy/paste a list—into the text box to quickly add items to your cart for fast checkout. Enter each item using a quantity and product code, separated by a comma or tab. Examples:

• Quantity [space] Product code

• Quantity, Product code

Flip Quote to Order – Quickly reorder an entire order or quote by entering the order or quote number. Simply enter the order or quote number and click Review Order to open the review page, where you can update items and quantities before checkout.

Start a Quote – Click to quickly navigate to Quote Center where you can create and submit a quote for pricing.
