- Minimize costly insurance claims resulting from water heater leaks
- Automatically shut off the water supply to the tank when a leak occurs
- Magnetized leak detection sensor fits nicely in the pan or on the floor under the tank; features a 1/16” stand-off to allow for air circulation and eliminate false alarms caused by humidity from the floor
