- Monitors pump and power conditions, and sounds alarm when a problem is detected
- When the warning alarm sounds, a light appears on the front panel to indicate which of the following problems has been detected: AC power is out
- System is operating
- 9V battery is low or slide switch is off
- Pump or float problem
- Remote terminal
- Begins pumping cycle when either float rises 1/4" and runs the pump an additional 10 seconds after the float returns to its original position
