Badger 5 is Long Lasting.
I highly recommend the Insinkerator as did my plumber. We put a new one in when we changed out the sink. My old disposal was the exact same brand and model as this and it was 10 years old with never a problem! The Badger 5 is excellent.

Quiet & Easy to install
Replacing existing Insinkerator product so the hardware mounting to the sink did not need to be replaced which made the job somewhat easier. have had it a month or so and the new machine is quieter than the old one and have had no issues with clogging so far.

Excellent product
I replaced my last unit with the same one because I was happy with the performance and ease of install. This is my second unit. The first was lasted 5 years. It's still working mechanically but it started to leak. It was cheaper to replace than fix.

Great product
We replaced our old BADGER disposal, which was 15 years old, with a new BADGER disposal, because we were impressed with the previous one. It was an easy install, and I’m 81, and on oxygen therapy 24/7! I did it myself…It took me longer than usual, because I have Pulmonary Fibrosis, and must rest often. But, I was able to get it done!

This is a repeat purchase. Works great
This is a repeat purchase and after 7 years the motor died , which is beyond the warranty time, so I quickly chose the same model. I am careful to put egg shells into my mulch which prolongs the use of this . This is also the model my Plummer recommends and it works great. It is also moderately priced and affordable.

Quiet
Replaced the same model because we remodeled our kitchen. I asked our plumber to recommend a disposal and he said Badger 5, they work and last a long time. I don’t know much about garbage disposals, but I do know this one works and is super quiet.
