Insultingly low water pressure
I was encouraged by the good overall rating and with the price point I assumed I’d be getting an awesome shower. Wrong. As I stood cold beneath a pathetic drizzle of water after a much-anticipated master bath remodel had finished, I wished that I had bought a normal shower head instead of an “eco” shower whose flow rate barely kept up with my tears.

Exceptional product and dealer
This is not my first Moen product, I am willing to pay a bit more for this brand because when something goes wrong (and eventually something goes wrong with any product if you use it long enough) Moen's warrantee policy is unbeatable. They send you a replacement part immediately, of a completely new product if the original has been discontinued.
Build was exceptionally easy to deal with for the original purchase and when I had to return two units that I could not use, they refunded my purchase price immediately upon receipt of the returned items.
