- Open right (clockwise) direction of opening
- One end flanged with alignment lip to attach to Tapping Sleeve, other end available with a variety of end connections with a special flange to permit attachment of Drilling Machine and Adapter
- Iron body with nominal 10 mils Mueller Pro-Gard ™ Fusion Bonded Epoxy Coated interior and exterior surfaces
- Iron wedge, symmetrical and fully encapsulated with molded rubber, no exposed iron
- Triple O-ring seal (2 above the thrust collar and 1 below)
- Designed for potable water applications
