- Drain kit for freestanding/island center and offset tubs
- Everything needed for quick, easy freestanding tub drain install
- Easy drop-in drain pipe connection with innovative compact design
- Eliminates "stub out" method and need for access below the floor, reducing time for and simplifying rough-in installation between P-trap and tub
- Compact size offers design flexibility, as the drain fits into 8 in. joists in addition to 10 in. and 12 in. joists, requiring only a 4 in. opening
- Made of PVC and compatible with brass or Schedule 40 tailpieces
- Solvent welds directly to a 1-1/2 in. or 2 in. Schedule 40 drain pipe using the included adapter and Oatey cement and cleaner (sold separately)
- Once the connection has been made between the DWV system, drain body and subfloor, the tub can be dropped in with no additional steps required
- Easy-to-grab, high visibility protective cap keeps tile from being installed over the open drain and can be easily removed with or without tongue-and-groove pliers and a screwdriver
- Plastic PVC construction with a one-piece design
