h) Delivery Terms. Ferguson will deliver Your order to the delivery address You provide at the time of purchase. To the fullest extent permitted by law, You acknowledge and agree that You are waiving the right to a trial by jury and to the litigation of disputes in state or federal courts of general jurisdiction. You further acknowledge and agree that any arbitration shall proceed on an individual basis only and not as a class action or representative action, and You expressly waive the right to file a class action or seek relief on a class basis.

Ferguson may assign all or any part of its rights and obligations under these Terms, and any assignment will inure to the benefit of Our successors, assigns, and licensees.
SEVERABILITY.
